I placed my order on dotandkey.com and got the confirmation email quickly. The checkout process was fine overall and not too hard to figure out, but the page was a bit slow for me, which felt like a preventable issue.
I can’t really comment on the products yet since I’ve only received the order confirmation so far. Just hoping the delivery is smooth and everything arrives properly packed. For now, I’d say it’s been an average experience.

To be fair, the pump does what it’s supposed to do and it’s easy to use. I just think the dispenser could be a little smoother, but overall it works fine...

I used this for weeks and didn’t notice any visible change at all. I kept waiting for some kind of result to show up, but nothing really happened. Like, make it make sense...

I asked for a replacement and had to follow up way too many times. The replies were slow and kind of vague, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It also felt like the issue wasn’t handled with much care, like they just kept pushing it along without really paying attention. I did finally get the replacement, but the whole experience was annoying.

I did like that this cream isn’t greasy and sinks in quickly. It didn’t leave my face feeling sticky or heavy, which was probably the best part about it.

After using it for a few weeks though, I didn’t notice much of a difference. The scent was also a little too strong for me. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not using it “correctly,” which was frustrating. Not the worst product, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Tried the dotandkey subscription for my face wash it was super easy. The order showed up on time and I didn’t have to keep reminding my dumb forgetful self to buy it again. Packaging was decent too, no leaks, no damage, none of that annoying nonsense. I also liked that the updates came on email, so I wasn’t left guessing like an idiot. No issues so far, I’ll keep using it.

I mean, the ingredients are good overall, like they seem decent enough, but a few of them felt a little harsh on my skin. So yeah, it’s not bad or anything, just not as amazing as I was hoping.

I tried the moisturizer and sunscreen from Dot & Key, they’re okay. They feel nice on the skin and my face did feel soft after using them, which I liked. But I don’t know, I guess I was expecting a little more, especially with dullness. Maybe it needs more time, or maybe my skin is just being stubborn. It’s not a bad product at all, just didn’t feel like a big difference for me.

I do like Dot & Key products and the ones I’ve used have been good, but the stock situation gets a bit tiring. I’ll give it this much: it soaks in quick and doesn’t stay sticky after a few minutes. that should be the bare minimum, so I’m not exactly impressed that they’re acting like it’s some huge win.

I bought this hoping it would actually hydrate my dry skin, but it barely did anything for me. It feels nice for a few minutes, then my face goes right back to feeling tight and dry. I ended up having to layer another cream on top every time, which is more effort than I wanted. Not really worth it if you need real hydration.

I used this sunscreen for a few days, i still ended up getting tanned with a little bit of burning too. It also felt like it washed off quickly, so I didn’t feel protected for long. Not planning to buy it again, it just didn’t work for me.

I don’t know what happened with this cream, but it feels weirdly gluey and just doesn’t spread the way it should. whoever runs this needs to check the formula or quality control, because it’s really unpleasant to use
